Liability for contents
The contents of our sites were prepared with great care. However, we cannot assume liabiltiy for the correctness, completeness and up-to-dateness of the contents. We are responsible for own contents on this site according to the general law. However, we are not obliged to supervise the external pieces of information transferred or stored by them or to search for circumstances referring to an unlawful activity. Obligations to delete or block the use of information according to the general laws will remain unaffected. However, liability referring to this is only possible from the point in time where a concrete infringement is known. We will delete illegal contents if we get to know them.

Regarding the contents of the linked sites the particular offerer or operator of the sites is always responsible. The linked sites were checked for possible statutory violation at the moment of linking. Illegal contents were not identifialble at the point in time of the linking. However, a permanent content-related control of the linked sites is not reasonable without concrete clues about an infringement. If we gain knowledge of any infringements we will immediately delete such links.
