In Stare Berezowo we reach the way Bielsk-Hajnówka and going to the east about 2 km we reach crossroads to Nowe Berezowo. Than on the left trough Kojły, Osówka, Czyże and back to Dubicze Cerkiewne trough Zbucz and Morze.
